This is undertaken at either various venues around Cheshire.
Ballet techniques, practice and exercises can have huge benefits. Any form of dance, but especially ballet, is a brilliant way to keep fit ad healthy, with many people singing its praises and marveling at the results.
Our Ballet Fit classes incorporate traditional ballet movements and techniques, as well as Barre training, and whilst these exercises are predominantly bodyweight, we do include light weights and straps on occasion as well.
These classes target the stabilisation muscles that are sometimes ignored in other classes, and have a wide range of benefits including:
