This is undertaken at either Church Minshull or Middlewich.
A general assessment is made to highlight areas of weakness, tightness or problematic areas.
An exercise programme is developed to counteract these problems.Then, I work with you on a 1:1 basis to keep the programme varied, relevant and fun.
