Core Fit Over 50’s Fitness and Interventions

Core Fit offer a full range of unique exercises and workouts for seniors to keep happy and healthy.

Core Fit Unique focuses on flexibility, balance and cardiac capacity – all to a level of acceptable fitness for a healthy life. Core Fit does not focus on appearance other than building good posture, strength and flexibility so everyone stands and moves better.

Our website demonstrates programmes for all ages, using pilates and basic exercise breakdowns. This includes the promotion of positive mental health, to encourage resilience, good mood and well being.

 

Core Fit is offering a well researched exercise class for the over fifties in your area.

The class is fun, it starts sitting with a gentle warm up to music. Then physiotherapy exercises based on strength, flexibility and joint range of movement are performed to music all designed to encourage correct movement patterns. The class does progress to standing only when participants feel confident.

The Core Fit Ltd. class also incorporates breathing, balance, hand dexterity and mind health.

It encourages a positive attitude to physical and mental health.
